While technically legal, there is a fine line between "lobbying" and bribery. As your representative, I would introduce legislation that would require all meetings between lobbyists and members of Congress (and their staff) be audio and video recorded from separate power sources (so that there are no "accidental" deletions, etc.). Within forty-eight hours, the recordings must be posted on a website that is accessible to the general public.
